About

I began my RSU #4 journey in 2002 at Sabattus Elementary School back when we were known as School Union 44. My current position is the Directory of Technology based primarily at Oak Hill High School. Born and raised in the Gardiner area, I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Maine in 1989 and spent the 90’s living in Florida, Massachusetts and traveling across the United States.  My favorite states (besides Maine of course!) are New Mexico and Colorado. I also had the amazing opportunity to visit Malta (located below the “heel” of Italy) twice. The Mediterranean Sea is quite a bit different than the Atlantic Ocean and Malta’s shore line was filled with salt flats compared to Maine’s rocky coast line.

I currently live in Lewiston with my 80’s rocker husband Paul and our two shelter cats Mango and Pepper. My weekends are spent at “gigs’ across the state, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. My hobby is making jewelry with my sister Vicky, who also works for RSU #4. We spend our summer weekends and holiday season selling our handcrafted jewelry at farmers markets and craft shows.

Working in RSU # 4 for the last 15 years has been a wonderful and exciting journey, I look forward to another fifteen!
